Confiscated narcotic and psychotropic substances, preparations, and plants shall be destroyed by a committee chaired by a member of the Public Prosecution. Its formation shall be prescribed by a decision of the Public Prosecutor, provided that the Ministry's representation on this committee shall be no fewer than two members.
