English translation
Without prejudice to the provisions of the aforementioned Law No. 106 of 2013 and the rights of third parties acting in good faith, confiscation shall be ordered in all cases of narcotic and psychotropic substances and preparations, the implements, devices and containers used in the crime, the funds derived therefrom, and the means of transport prepared in advance and designated for committing the crimes punishable under this Decree-Law. Closure shall be ordered upon violation of the provisions of Articles (7 and 16) provided for in this Decree-Law.

دون الإخلال بأحكام القانون رقم ١٠٦ لسنة ٢٠١٣ المشار إليه وبحقوق الغير
حسني النية، يحكم في جميع الأحوال بمصادرة المواد والمستحضرات المخدرة
والمؤثرة عقلياً، والأدوات والأجهزة والأوعية المستعملة في الجريمة والأموال
المتحصلة منها، ووسائل النقل المعدة سلفاً المخصصة لارتكاب الجرائم المعاقب
عليها في هذا المرسوم بقانون . ويحكم بالغلق عند مخالفة حكم المادتين (٧، و١٦)
