The Ministry shall manage rehabilitation centres and supervise medical units engaged in the same activity belonging to the private sector. The Ministry of Interior shall follow up and implement judgments and decisions ordering placement in these centres and medical units and provide the necessary guards for them. At the request of the management of the centre or medical unit, it may use coercive force when necessary to control those placed therein in the event of rioting. تتولى الوزارة إدارة مراكز التأهيل، والإشراف على الوحدات الطبية العاملة بذات
النشاط التابعة للقطاع الأهلي.
وتتولى وزارة الداخلية متابعة وتنفيذ أحكام وقرارات الإيداع في هذه المراكز
والوحدات الطبية، وتوفير الحراسة اللازمة لها، ولها بناءً على طلب من إدارة المركز
أو الوحدة الطبية استخدام القوة الجبرية عند الحاجة للسيطرة على المودعين في
