Article 13 of Law on Combating Information Technology Crimes

Confiscation of the devices, software, or means used in committing any of the crimes stipulated in this Law, or the funds derived therefrom, may be ordered. Closure of the premises or website in which any of these crimes was committed may be ordered, if its commission occurred with its owner's knowledge, for a period not exceeding one year, as the case may be, without prejudice to the rights of bona fide third parties or the injured party's right to appropriate compensation. An order closing the premises or website shall be mandatory if the commission of any of these crimes is repeated with its owner's knowledge.
