Employees designated by a decision of the competent Minister may detect offences committed in violation of the provisions of this Law, draw up violation reports in respect thereof, and refer them to the Public Prosecution. All relevant entities shall provide the necessary facilities to these employees.

للموظفين الذين يصدر بتحديدهم قرار من الوزير المختص ضبط الجرائم التي
تقع بالمخالفة لأحكام هذا القانون وتحرير المخالفات عنها ، وإحالتها الى النيابة
