Article 109 of Capital Markets Authority Law

Judicial documents and summonses issued by the investigator or the court shall be served upon the accused through the competent representatives of the Capital Market Authority, in accordance with the rules prescribed in Chapter Two of Part One of the Criminal Procedure and Trials Law. Those documents and summonses may be served upon persons other than the accused by fax or electronic mail. The Executive Regulations shall regulate the manner of service by this method
