Article 110 of Capital Markets Authority Law

As an exception to the rules concerning service of judicial documents provided for in the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law, judicial documents relating to the civil, commercial, and administrative disputes provided for in this Law may be served by fax and electronic mail. The Minister of Justice shall, in coordination with the Ministry of Communications and the Authority, issue a decision specifying the conditions and controls governing service procedures, the types of equipment and software used in effecting such service, the templates and form of summonses and notices and replies thereto, and the method of paying the prescribed judicial fees in respect thereof. Violation of the provisions of this Article shall result in nullity.
