Article 113 of Capital Markets Authority Law

When judgments are challenged by opposition or appeal, the president of the competent court shall set a hearing to consider the challenge, which shall be recorded in its petition at the time of filing. This shall constitute notice thereof to the appellant, even if the challenge is filed by the appellant's legal representative. The Registry shall serve the petition on the remaining litigants by fax through the Market Authority.
