English translation
A criminal circuit and one or more non-criminal circuits specialized in hearing Law Index 1366 Home Page Capital Markets Authority Law Law No. 7 of 2010 Concerning the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and the Regulation of Securities Activity appeals against judgments issued by the Capital Market Court shall be organized at the Court of Appeal. Their judgments shall be final and may not be challenged by any means of challenge. The appellate circuits at the Court of Appeal and the Court of First Instance shall continue and in hearing appeals brought before them against judgments issued in cases that have become within the jurisdiction of the Capital Market Court, or those brought before them after this Law enters into force, until a final judgment is issued on their merits.

ترتب بمحكمة الإستئناف دائرة جزائية ودائرة غير جزائية أو أكثر متخصصة للنظر
فيما يستأنف من الأحكام الصادرة من محكمة سوق المال ويكون حكمها باتا لا
يجوز الطعن عليه بأى طريق من طرق الطعن.
وتستمر الدوائر الإستئنافية بمحكمة الإستئناف وبالمحكمة الكلية وفي نظر الطعون
الإستئنافية المرفوعة إليها عن الأحكام الصادرة فى القضايا التي أصبحت من
اختصاص محكمة سوق المال أو تلك التي ترفع إليها بعد نفاذ هذا القانون حتى
