English translation
The filing of a report, the Public Prosecution's conduct of an investigation, and the institution of criminal proceedings shall not preclude the Authority's right to initiate disciplinary proceedings. The Disciplinary Board may postpone determination of disciplinary accountability until the criminal action has been adjudicated. In all cases, the criminal judgment shall be binding on everyone.

لا يحول تقديم البلاغ ومباشرة النيابة العامة التحقيق وإقامة الدعوى الجزائية دون
حق الهيئة فى مباشرة المساءلة التأديبية، ويجوز للمجلس التأديبي أن يرجيء البت
في المساءلة التأديبية حتى يتم الفصل فى الدعوى الجزائية. وفي جميع الأحوال يكون
