The value of the assets placed under restraint may not exceed the value of the maximum financial penalty that may be imposed on the accused. The Public Prosecutor or the court may seek the Authority's assistance in assessing the value of the benefit obtained by the accused.

لا يجوز أن تتعدى قيمة الأموال المتحفظ عليها قيمة أقصى عقوبة مالية يمكن توقيعها
على المتهم، وللنائب العام أو المحكمة الأستعانة بالهيئة في تقدير قيمة المنفعة التي
