English translation
The Public Prosecutor shall decide on the Authority's request provided for in the preceding Article within twenty-four hours of its submission. If the request is refused, reasons shall be given for the refusal. The Authority may challenge the Public Prosecutor's decision before the competent court within fifteen days. The court shall decide on this challenge expeditiously.

على النائب العام إتخاذ قرار بشأن طلب الهيئة المنصوص عليه في المادة السابقة خلال
أربع وعشرين ساعة من وقت تقديمه، وفي حال رفض الطلب يجب أن يكون
الرفض مسببا. ويجوز للهيئة التظلم خلال خمسة عشر يوما من قرار النائب العام
