Article 133 of Capital Markets Authority Law

If the Public Prosecutor has gathered sufficient indications concerning a person or group of persons that he has committed an act criminalized under this Law, or upon a request from the Authority or its delegate, he may order that person prohibited from travelling and from disposing of and administering his property, and may take all precautionary measures in this regard in respect of all or part of the property held by the accused or by others, without prejudice to the right of the Authority or any interested person to take all judicial precautionary measures. The Public Prosecutor may take the same measures in respect of the property of the accused's minor children or spouse. A grievance against this decision may be brought before the competent court within twenty days from the date it is issued.
