English translation
The Capital Market Court may go below the minimum term of imprisonment it imposes for the offences stipulated in this regard, without being bound by the provision of the second paragraph of Article of the Penal Code. It may also order suspension of execution of the judgment in the cases stipulated in Article 82 of the Penal Code, whatever the penalty imposed.

يجوز لمحكمة سوق المال النزول بالحد الأدنى لعقوبة الحبس التي يقضي بها في
الجرائم المنصوص عليها في هذا الشأن، دون التقيد بحكم الفقرة الثانية من المادة
من قانون الجزاء.
كما يجوز لها أن تأمر بوقف تنفيذ الحكم فى الأحوال المنصوص عليها في المادة ٨٢ من
