Article 127 of Capital Markets Authority Law

Anyone who commits an act liable to obstruct investigations or any supervisory activity of the Authority or its employees shall be punished by a fine of not less than five thousand dinars and not exceeding fifty thousand dinars. The following acts shall be considered acts obstructing the Authority's work: 1 - Failing to enable the Authority's employees to inspect any data or information which the Authority considers important to inspect. 2 - Failing to comply with any final decision issued by the Authority's Disciplinary Board. - Providing the Authority with incorrect or misleading data.
