English translation
Every person who claims, contrary to the truth, that the Authority has taken any measure or decision which it has not in fact taken shall be punished by a fine of not less than five thousand dinars and not exceeding fifty thousand dinars.

يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن خمسة آلاف دينار ولا تجاوز خمسين ألف دينار كل شخص
