English translation
Anyone who violates any provision contained in Chapter Seven of this Law concerning acquisitions and the protection of minority rights shall be punished by a fine of not less than five thousand dinars and not exceeding one thousand dinars or 20% of the value of the shares involved in the violation at the time of the event, whichever is higher.

يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن خمسة آلاف دينار ولا تجاوز ألف دينار أو ٢٠٪ من
قيمة الأسهم المخالفة وقت وقوع الحدث أيهما أعلى كل من خالف أي نص وارد في
