English translation
A fine of not less than ten thousand dinars and not exceeding one hundred thousand dinars shall be imposed on anyone who omits, conceals, or withholds information having a material effect—which the Law or the Regulations require to be provided or disclosed to the Authority and the Exchange—concerning the purchase or sale of a security or concerning a recommendation to purchase or sell a security.

يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن عشرة آلاف دينار ولا تجاوز مائة ألف دينار، كل من
أغفل أو حجب أو منع معلومة ذات أثر جوهري - أوجب القانون أو اللائحة
الإدلاء بها أو الإفصاح عنها للهيئة والبورصة - بشأن شراء أو بيع ورقة مالية أو
