English translation
Without prejudice to the measures prescribed in this Law or any more severe penalty provided for in another law, painful acts under this Law shall be punished by the penalties provided for in the following Articles.

قانون آخر، يعاقب على الأفعال المؤلمة بموجب هذا القانون بالعقوبات المنصوص
