Article 119 of Capital Markets Authority Law

Any person subject to the provisions of this Law who discloses a secret that came to his knowledge by virtue of the nature of his work, employment or position shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year and a fine of not less than three thousand dinars and not exceeding ten thousand dinars, or by either of these two penalties. The penalty shall be imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years and a fine of not less than ten thousand dinars and not exceeding one hundred thousand dinars, or either of these two penalties, if it is established that he obtained, in any manner whatsoever, a benefit, interest or consideration for himself or another in return for disclosing the secret or information.
