English translation
The court may issue an order against anyone convicted of any of the offences provided for in this Law, temporarily or permanently disqualifying him from serving as a board member, managing director, or chief executive officer of a shareholding company, or from practising his profession or any similar profession. Disqualification shall be mandatory in the event of recidivism.

يجوز للمحكمة إصدار أمر ضد كل من ثبتت إدانته بأي من الجرائم المنصوص
عليها في هذا القانون بحرمانه حرماناً مؤقتاً أو دائماً من العمل كعضو مجلس إدارة
أو عضو منتدب أو رئيس تنفيذي في شركة مساهمة، أو ممارسة مهنته أو أي مهنة
