English translation
The Public Prosecutor may, by his decision or upon a request from the Authority or the employing entity, if the interests of the investigation so require, temporarily suspend from work, office, or professional practice any person whom the Public Prosecution has begun investigating for an offence among those provided for in this Law. Anyone referred to the criminal court shall be suspended from work by operation of law, provided that the court may order otherwise during the trial proceedings, upon the request of the interested person or of its own motion.

يجــوز للنائــب العــام بقــرار منــه أو بنــاء على طلــب مــن الهيئــة أو جهــة العمــل، إذا تطلبــت
مصلحــة التحقيــق أن يوقــف عــن العمــل أو الوظيفــة أو مزاولــة المهنــة بصفــة مؤقتــة كل
مــن بــاشرت النيابــة التحقيــق معــه فى جريمــة مــن الجرائــم المنصــوص عليهــا فى هــذا
القانــون. ويوقــف عــن العمــل بقــوة القانــون كل مــن تمــت إحالتــه إلى المحكمــة الجزائيــة،
على أنــه يجــوز للمحكمــة أن تأمــر أثنــاء إجــراءات المحاكمــة بــخلاف ذلــك، بنــاء على
طلــب صاحــب المصلحــة أو مــن تلقــاء نفســها.Ask about this article
