English translation
The person complained against shall be notified of the facts attributed to him and their supporting grounds and of the date of his investigation hearing at least seven working days before the scheduled date and time of the investigation, provided that the Executive Regulations specify the method, time limits, and procedures for notification.

يتعين إعلان المشكو فى حقه بالوقائع المنسوبة إليه وأسانيدهم وموعد جلسة التحقيق
معه وذلك قبل سبعة أيام عمل على الأقل من تاريخ وساعة التحقيق المحدد، على
