English translation
A committee for receiving complaints and grievances shall be organized within the Authority. Any interested party may submit to it a complaint concerning any error committed by a licensed person. It shall also receive grievances against decisions issued by the Authority. The Executive Regulations shall prescribe the time limits, procedures and rules governing the committee’s work, and the rules and procedures for challenging its decisions before the competent court.

تنظــم فى الهيئــة لجنــة لتلقــى الشــكاوى والتظــلمات يجــوز لــكل ذى مصلحــة أن يتقــدم
بالشــكوى إليهــا مــن أى خطــأ يقــوم بــه أحــد الأشــخاص المرخــص لهــم، كما تتلقــى
التظــلمات مــن القــرارات التــى تصدرهــا الهيئــة. وتنــص اللائحــة التنفيذيــة على المواعيــد
والإجــراءات وقواعــد عمــل اللجنــة وقواعــد وإجــراءات الطعــن على قراراتهــا أمــام
