Article 154 of Capital Markets Authority Law

Under the provisions of this Law, the current Kuwait Stock Exchange shall be deemed a licensed securities exchange. It shall regularize its status in accordance with this Law and its Executive Regulations, particularly those relating to licensing conditions and controls, within one year from the date of publication of the Executive Regulations in the Official Gazette. All decisions, instructions and internal regulations of the Kuwait Stock Exchange shall remain in force until repealed or amended by the Authority in accordance with this Law and its Executive Regulations.
