English translation
The supervisory functions prescribed in this Law shall be transferred to the Authority within six months from the date of publication of the Executive Regulations, thereby terminating the supervisory aspect of the work of the Kuwait Stock Exchange Committee. After this date, neither the stock exchange that replaced the market nor the Market Committee may exercise any powers assigned by this Law to the Authority.

تنتقــل المهــام الرقابيــة المقــررة فى هــذا القانــون إلى الهيئــة خلال ســتة أشــهر مــن تاريــخ
نشر اللائحــة التنفيذيــة، وينتهــى بذلــك عمــل لجنــة ســوق الكويــت للأوراق الماليــة فى
جانبــه الرقــابي. ولا يجــوز للبورصــة التــى حلــت محــل الســوق ولا للجنــة الســوق بعــد
