English translation
Under the provisions of this Law, the Kuwait Clearing Company shall be deemed a licensed clearing agency. The Company shall bring its position into conformity with the provisions of this Law and its Executive Regulations within one year from the date of publication of the Executive Regulations.

بموجب أحكام هذا القانون تعتبر الشركة الكويتية للمقاصة وكالة مقاصة مرخصة،
وعلى الشركة توفيق أوضاعها وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون ولائحته التنفيذية خلال
