English translation
Under the provisions of this Law, the financial broker licensed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange shall be deemed a financial broker licensed on the Exchange. The broker shall regularize his position in accordance with the provisions of this Law and its Executive Regulations within six months from the date of publication of the Executive Regulations.

بموجب أحكام هذا القانون تعتبر الوسيط المالى المرخص له في سوق الكويت
للأوراق المالية وسيطا ماليا مرخصا له في البورصة، وعلى الوسيط ترتيب أوضاعه
وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون ولائحته التنفيذية خلال ستة أشهر من تاريخ نشر اللائحة
