Investment companies registered with the Central Bank of Kuwait that engage in managing the funds of others and are licensed for investment management shall be considered licensed to manage collective investment schemes under the provisions of this Law and its Executive Regulations. They shall regularize their status in accordance with the provisions of this Law and its Executive Regulations within one year of publication of the Executive Regulations .
