Investment funds authorized under Decree-Law No. 31 of 1990 shall be deemed licensed under the provisions of this Law and its Executive Regulations, and must regularize their status in accordance with the provisions of the Law and its Executive Regulations within six months from the date of publication of the Executive Regulations.

تعتبر الصناديق الاستثمارية المصرح لها بموجب المرسوم بقانون رقم ٣١ لسنة
۱۹۹۰ مرخصا لها بموجب أحكام هذا القانون ولائحته التنفيذية وعليها ترتيب
أوضاعها وفقا لأحكام القانون ولائحته التنفيذية خلال ستة أشهر من تاريخ نشر
