English translation
The Authority shall maintain appropriate books of account and records relating to its revenues, expenditures, assets, liabilities and all transactions pertaining to the Authority. The Authority shall have one or more independent auditors. The Authority shall establish the rules and conditions to be met by auditors entered in the register maintained by the Authority for that purpose.

تلتزم الهيئة بإمساك دفاتر الحسابات والسجلات الملائمة والخاصة بإيرادتها
ومصروفاتها وأصولها والتزاماتها وكل المعاملات الخاصة بالهيئة ويكون للهيئة
مراقب حسابات مستقل أو أكثر.
وتضع الهيئة القواعد والشروط الواجب توافرها في مراقبي الحسابات المقيد بالسجل
