English translation
The Authority shall submit to the competent Minister an annual report, to be forwarded to the Council of Ministers within 120 days of the end of each financial year, concerning its activities, work, and achievements in developing and promoting the market during the preceding year, provided that it includes the Authority's accounts and the auditor's report.

من نهاية كل سنة مالية حول أنشطتها، وأعمالها، وانجازاتها في تطوير وتنمية السوق
