Every member of the Board and every employee shall declare in writing to the Authority, immediately upon Law Index 1348 Home Page Capital Markets Authority Law Law No. 7 of 2010 concerning the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and the Regulation of Securities Activities assuming his duties, the securities listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange owned by him and his minor children under his guardianship. He shall also disclose in writing any change thereto in accordance with the regulations established by the Board. Members of the Board are prohibited from dealing in the shares of companies subject to the Authority’s supervision throughout their membership of the Board.

يلتزم كل عضو من أعضاء المجلس والموظفين بالتصريح خطياً لدى الهيئـة فــور
استلام مهامه عن الأوراق المالية المدرجة في سوق الكويت للأوراق المالية التي
يملكها وأولاده القصر المشمولين بولايته، كما يلتزم بالإفصاح خطياً عن أي تغيير
يطرأ على ذلك وفقاً للنظام الذي يضعه المجلس.
ويحظر على أعضاء المجلس التعامل في أسهم الشركات الخاضعة لرقابة الهيئة طوال
