Article 29 of Capital Markets Authority Law

Any commissioner, employee, or person working on the Authority’s committees or with it, with or without remuneration, must maintain the confidentiality of information that has come to him by virtue of his position and safeguard the documents in his possession, so that only the competent persons at the Authority may inspect them. Unless this Law or any other law so provides, or a judgment or order is issued by a judicial body requiring him to disclose or provide any information or documents he obtained by virtue of his position.
