Article 27 of Capital Markets Authority Law

Commissioners and employees are prohibited, while he holds employment at the Authority, from undertaking any commercial work on his own behalf or in his capacity as an agent or guardian trustee. Nor may he practise any other job, profession or work in the public or private sector, provide any services or consultations directly or indirectly, or participate in membership of the board of directors of any entity subject to the Authority's supervision or any entity related to it.
