Article 61 of Capital Markets Authority Law

The agency may submit a grievance to the Authority against the decision revoking its licence within fifteen days from the date it is notified thereof in writing or from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. The Authority must determine the grievance by a reasoned decision within twenty days from the date of its submission.
