If the clearing agency fails to comply with the Authority’s decisions or instructions issued pursuant to its power prescribed in the preceding table, the Authority may take any measures it deems necessary to maintain fair settlement and achieve efficiency in commercial transactions in securities or any class thereof.

في حال عدم التزام وكالة المقاصة بقرارات أو تعليمات الهيئة الصادرة بموجب
سلطتها المقررة لها فى المائدة السابقة جاز للهيئة إتخاذ أية إجراءات تراها ضرورية
للاحتفاظ بتسوية عادلة وتحقيق الفاعلية للمعاملات التجارية في الأوراق المالية أو
