English translation
The Authority may issue instructions to the clearing agency to ensure the fair, orderly and appropriate settlement of transactions in securities, and to ensure the integrity and soundness of comprehensive risk management in securities markets. In particular, it may issue instructions concerning the settlement of securities contracts and the making of adjustments to contractual obligations that may arise from securities contracts, or any other matters the Authority considers necessary for the application of the provisions of this Law.

للهيئة أن تصدر تعليمات الوكالة المقاصة لضمان التسوية العادلة والمنظمة والملائمة
للمعاملات في الأوراق المالية، وضمان تحقيق نزاهة وسلامة إدارة المخاطر الشاملة
في أسواق الأوراق المالية، ولها على وجه الخصوص أن تصدر تعليمات فيما يتعلق
بتسوية عقود الأوراق المالية وإجراء التعديلات بالإلتزامات التعاقدية التي قد تنشأ
عن عقود الأوراق المالية ، أو أى أمور أخرى تراها الهيئة ضرورية من أجل تطبيق
