The Authority shall request the clearing agency to prepare rules and regulations relating to clearing and settlement operations, registration of securities and other activities connected with the agency’s business, Law Index 1354 Home Page Capital Markets Authority Law Law No. 7 of 2010 Concerning the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and the Regulation of Securities Activities or to amend them within a specified period. If the clearing agency fails to comply with the request or with the deadline specified therein, the Authority may prepare or amend those rules on its behalf, requiring the agency to bear the costs.

على الهيئة أن تطلب من وكالة المقاصة إعداد قواعد ولوائح تتعلق بعمليات المقاصة
والتسوية وتسجيل الأوراق المالية وغيرها من الأنشطة ذات الصلة بأعمال الوكالة،
أو أن تقوم بتعديلها خلال مدة محددة. فإذا لم تلتزم وكالة المقاصة بما جاء في الطلب
أو في المهلة المحددة لها فيه جاز للهيئة أن تقوم نيابة عنها بإعداد تلك القواعد أو
