English translation
The clearing agency must promptly notify the Authority of the following: If it becomes apparent to it that any person dealing with it is unable to comply with any of the rules governing clearing, settlement or deposit operations. If it considers that the financial position of any person dealing with it and his ability to fulfil his obligations have begun to indicate impending distress, or that his ability to fulfil his obligations has become impaired.

يجب على وكالة المقاصة إخطار الهيئة على وجه السرعة بما يلى :
إذا تبين لها عدم قدرة أحد المتعامين معها على الإلتزام بأى من القواعد الخاصة
بعمليات التقاص والتسوية أو الإيداع .
إذا قدرت أن المركز المالى لأى من المتعاملين معها وقدرته على الوفاء بالتزاماته قد
