English translation
No person may establish or manage a clearing agency, assist in its establishment or management, or advertise its doing so, except after obtaining a clearing agency licence issued by the Authority in accordance with the conditions and restrictions specified by the Executive Regulations of the Law. The licence shall be published in the Official Gazette.

لا يجوز لأى شخص أن يقوم بتأسس وكالة مقاصة أو إدراتها أو المساعدة في تأسيسها
أو إدراتها أو الإعلان عن قيامها بذلك إلا بعد الحصول على ترخيص وكالة مقاصة
صادر من الهيئة وفقا للشروط والقيود التي تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية للقانون وينشر
