The Authority may, on its own initiative, grant the company a specified period, or extend the period granted to it beyond the date of revocation of the licence, if the Authority considers that this serves the public interest, or at the request of the exchange pending the closing out of transactions therein, or for the transfer of its activities to another licensed exchange. يجوز للهيئة أن تعطى الشركة مهلة محددة وذلك من تلقاء نفسها أو أن تمد المهلة
الممنوحة لها بعد تاريخ إلغاء الترخيص إذا قدرت الهيئة أن في ذلك مصلحة عامة،
أو بناء على طلب البورصة لحين إقفال العمليات فيها، أو لتسليم أنشطتها لبورصة
