English translation
The Authority may, by written notice to the Exchange, revoke the licence granted to it effective from the day specified in the Authority's decision, in the following cases: 1 - If the company loses any of the conditions that qualified it to obtain the licence. 2 - If operations at the Exchange cease for more than five working days. - If it is closed. - If it fails to comply with the Authority's instructions despite the Authority's warning to it. e - If it fails to provide the Authority with the information it requested or provides incorrect or misleading information. The Authority shall publish the decision revoking the licence and its reasons in the Official Gazette.

يجوز للهيئة بموجب إخطار كتابي للبورصة إلغاء الترخيص الممنوح لها اعتبارا من
اليوم المحدد بقرار الهيئة، وذلك في الحالات التالية :
1 - إذا فقدت الشركة أحد الشروط التي أهلتها للحصول على الترخيص.
۲ - إذا توقف العمل في البورصة لمدة تزيد على خمسة أيام عمل.
- إذا تم إقفالها.
- إذا لم تلتزم بتعليمات الهيئة رغم تنبيه الهيئة لها .
ه - إذا لم تقدم للهيئة المعلومات التي طلبتها أو قدمت معلومات غير صحيحة أو
مضللة.
وعلى الهيئة نشر قرار إلغاء الترخيص وأسبابه في الجريدة الرسمية.Ask about this article
