Article 43 of Capital Markets Authority Law

The Exchange's management must notify the Authority of any disciplinary action it takes against any of its members, the details of the violation he committed, the measures it took, and the penalty imposed, and provide it with all documents relating to the matter. The Authority may, by its own decision or upon a grievance submitted by the aggrieved person within fifteen days from the date of his written notification of the decision, refer the matter to the Disciplinary Board to review the disciplinary Law Index 1352 Home Page Capital Markets Authority Law Law No. 7 of 2010 concerning the Establishment of the Capital Markets Authority and the Regulation of Securities Activity action in accordance with its approved review system, and the Disciplinary Board may uphold, amend, or annul the Exchange's decision by a reasoned decision.
