The Authority's Board of Commissioners may request the Exchange to prepare specific rules within its field of work or to amend them within a specified period. If the Exchange fails to comply with the content of the request or the time limit specified therein, the Authority may prepare or amend the rules on behalf of the Exchange, charging it the costs.

لمجلس مفوضى الهيئة أن يطلب من البورصة أن تقوم بإعداد قواعد محددة في مجال
عملها أو أن تقوم بتعديلها خلال مدة معينة، فإذا لم تلتزم البورصة بما جاء في الطلب
أو في المهلة المحددة لها بالطلب جاز للهيئة أن تقوم نيابة عن البورصة بإعداد القواعد
