The exchange company shall promptly notify the Authority of the following: 1 - If it becomes apparent to it that one of its members is unable to comply with any of of the exchange rules or financial resources controls. - If it determines that there is a financial irregularity or any other matter that may indicate the member’s insolvency or inability to fulfil its obligations. - Of any disciplinary action it takes against any member, person working with it or person subordinate to it.

تلتزم شركة البورصة بإخطار الهيئة على وجه السرعة بما يلى :
١ - إذا تبين لها أن أحد أعضائها غير قادر على الإلتزام بأى مـن مـن قـواعـد البورصة
أو ضوابط الموارد المالية.
- إذا قدرت وجود عدم انتظام مالى أو أى أمر آخر يمكن أن يشير إلى عدم ملاءة
العضو أو عدم قدرته على الوفاء بالتزاماته.
- بأي أجراء تأديبي تتخذه ضد أى عضو أو عامل معه أو تابع له.Ask about this article
