English translation
The Authority may require persons licensed to engage in securities activity to submit periodic reports to it on all their business, including an annual report on the audited financial statements. All their records shall be subject to examination and audit by the Authority, which may also take copies of these records or request any of them to provide copies thereof.

للهيئة أن تطلب من الأشخاص المرخص لهم فى نشاط الأوراق المالية رفع تقارير
دورية لها عن كافة أعمالهم، بما فيها تقرير سنوى عن البيانات المالية المدققة.
وتخضع كافة سجلاتهم للفحص والتدقيق من قبل الهيئة، كما يجوز لها أخذ صور
