The Regulations shall specify the requirements necessary for establishing and managing collective investment schemes, their approved forms, the functions required within them and their responsibilities. The Authority shall issue the rules and regulations governing the issuance and redemption of investment units in these schemes, and the controls governing their pricing.

تحدد اللائحة الاشتراطات اللازمة لتأسيس وإدارة أنظمة الاسـتثمار الجمـاعي،
وأشكالها المعتمدة والوظائف المتطلبة فيها ومسئولياتها. وتصدر الهيئـة القواعـد
والأنظمة الخاصة بإصدار واسترداد وحدات الاستثمار في هذه الأنظمة، وضوابط
