Article 12 of Telecommunications Regulatory Authority Law

The Authority shall seek to provide its own financial resources sufficient for its operation. The Authority's financial resources shall consist of the following sources: a- Fees for issuing and renewing licences and permits. b- Charges and revenues collected by the Authority for the services it provides, or amounts it collects as fines or sanctions pursuant to the provisions of this Law or the Executive Regulations. c- Any other resources approved by the Council of Ministers. The surplus revenues realised by the Authority in any financial year shall accrue to the State Public Treasury, and for you after deducting such reserves as the Council of Ministers determines, subject to a minimum of 10%.
