Article 6 of Telecommunications Regulatory Authority Law

A membership seat on the Authority's Board of Directors shall become vacant in the following cases: 1 - Resignation. 2 - Expiry of the term of membership. 3 - The member's absence from three consecutive meetings or six non-consecutive meetings of the Board during the year without an excuse accepted by the Board. 4 - If it is established that he has a direct or indirect interest in the field of telecommunications or information technology in violation of Article Five of this Law. h - If a final judgment is rendered against him convicting him of a felony or a misdemeanor involving dishonor or breach of trust. 6 - If a final judgment is rendered against him declaring his bankruptcy. - Upon inability to perform the duties assigned to the Board member for health reasons, or death. In the event of termination of membership, a replacement shall be appointed in accordance with the provisions of Article Four of this Law to complete the term of the member whose membership has ended, within a period not exceeding one month from the date of its termination.
